- Low Prices. We charge £49.00 for a 1-3 bedroom property and £59.00 for a property over 3 bedrooms in size. This price is fully inclusive.
- Flexible surveys. We can accommodate morning, weekend and evening appointments for the survey. We operate both by car and motorbike so there is no problem getting stuck in traffic and you having to hang around.
- Fast service. You will receive your completed EPC within 24 hours of the survey being carried out.
